I was planning on this, but I started modeling him sooner than I expected due to a "vision" in one of my pics Oo

Well, as always, here's another more superior model, a little better than Sonic V2 because of its accuracy in Model detail and rigging (IMO, its just what I had imagined), the model was created through individual verticies much like Lightwave's vertex method, and..."power windowz"..no...this model is alot more Morph ready than sonic, and the fabric morphers are there as well. (If a wind blows, his hair, and tail, etc will move)

Althought there is much to be improved on, I had this file for a long time before deciding to submit it due to accuracy. The hand could use more help, as well as others, but for now..TADA :nod:

Ahh, where would Sonic be without his good buddy tails. Tails is the ultimate sidekick, no matter WHAT happens, he will be there to help Sonic fight off the evil that is FAT....Eggman/Robotnik.

hmm ^^ I really, really like this o_O it's super hard for me to draw tails in 2-d, and I can only imagine that modeling in 3-d can be a real pain sometimes... I really like all of it, but I just have a couple of things to point to- for his ears, was it intentional that they're a darker color, rather than white? and on his tails, are you going to make them like... have some furry triangle-like shapes instead of just being white all of a sudden (if that makes sense)? ^^; I was just wondering if you took artistic liberties here if you just like it better that way or what. ^^; my favorite part of it though is how you managed to get his face right o_O that's always the hardest part for me, and I like how it just LOOKS right, it looks like a really good model to me. good job ^^

you know man, it JUST hit me that you can pull this stuff out of nowhere. I couldn't even try to begin starting something like this. You have skills.... what program do you use? How did or do you pull this all together? Also on another note.. I'm almost done with your character... I kindof did a little crossover thingie with her and Lamont Raccoon.. I hope thats okay.

Saying my jaw dropped would be an understatement... it friggin' fell off. Incredible job on this man! What's the final poly count on this one? I'm particularly fond of the tufts of hair on the back of his head. Nice touch!

The only critique I can think of is the insides of his ears, this may have just been an over sight but they're the same color as his muzzle/belly. (I'm such a purist....)


You're really makin' me jealous man. I really can't wait to start playin' around with 3D in school!

You couldnt be more right with the modeling being hard, I thought I would end up quitting this, because it probably wasnt better than V1, but I went ahead :)

I submitted a newer pic where most of tails has been corrected, I just submitted this one purely for critiques (possibly with headshape and whatnot). Thanks for the crits tho :D

Thank man :D I use 3dsmax and some photoshop (eyes and texture) to put it all together.

And hell yeah, of course its okay, I wouldnt mind Bebe in a porn comic on some remote yiff domain :D
BUT, I'm extremely late with the coloring of Lei-wong (too much to do, mind travels places :blahblah:), I'm just a bastard. When I get done with this model tho, I shall color your pic...which you'll have to send me...because I..forgot where it was X.X
